this game runs perfectly in my windows 7 64 bit. i do not have a shitty problems like the others. if this fucking game doesn't work right. maybe u didn't install rockstar social club..for sure u'll get stuck on the initializing window. u have to make sure u have an account.if u can't connect to social club restart or close the game and disconnect ur connection for bit. then choose offline mode or whatever. u can play offline without a problem. if u desire u can use the update it using reloaded update to avoid glitches in the game. i am only sharing the file and i meant no harm to all of u guys. u know what? instead of complaining or giving me shits why don't u buy the game? if u really want to install it even if it takes an hour or whatever then u have the word patience. complain whoever made this repack not to me. i've downloaded so many games and it didn't fuck up my shitty computer.
